Founded in 1971, Sutcliffe Construction Ltd. aim to provide our clients with a cost effective, quality, economically designed building, completed within budget and to a programmed schedule. We take pride in running efficient, tidy and safe sites using plant and machinery predominantly from our associated plant hire company 'SUTPLANT' as well as reliable local hire firms.

Our workforce is made up of directly employed staff who regularly undergo Health and Safety training updates and are highly experienced in their field, as well as reliable and regular sub contractors. Our premises are well equipped with both office and workshop located at the same site, providing ample production facilities for our in-house steelwork fabrication department. We employ a Health and Safety consultant which enables us to deal directly with all our CDM needs and produce clear and efficient documentation for customers, employees and subcontractors alike.
