These 2 buildings were designed to be split into units and let out to tenants. They are large units, sited opposite each other and were designed to a high specification with a combination of Kingspan micro rib and KS 1000 RW cladding in Metallic Silver and flashings and fixings in contrasting Sargasso Blue.

The building has electrically operated shutters over the doors and windows and the shot blast block work on the front and side elevations adds to the high quality feel and appearance.
