Civils and Groundworks

Including bulk earthworks and site preparation, drainage works, attentuation systems, sewer connections, kerbing and surfacing (to adoptable standards if required) and block paving.

Steel Erection

From one bay extensions to 120,000 sqft units to staircases and railings. Our steel frames are detailed and fabricated in-house for total control over design, programme and delivery.

Non-insulated, built up and composite cladding systems are all detailed in house to compliment our steel detailing facility.

Flooring

Ground-bearing, non ground-bearing floor slabs and pre-cast or in-situ concrete floors are all considered when determining the most cost-effective and appropriate solution.

Masonry

From fair-faced to coloured blockwork, and coursed natural stone to random rubble, our masonry teams have many years of experience walling different materials and even fabricating new stone staircases.

Internal Fit-Out

Joinery, electrical, plumbing and heating, decorating and floor finishes, we can offer a full 'turn-key' project.
