This warehouse unit is situated on a plot within an existing industrial estate. The project did not involve any internal works, offices, mezzanine floor etc and is a prime example of a unit built to let or for the end user to finish/fit out to their own specification. Quite often with this type of building we are asked to strengthen the floor slab to allow for a possible future mezzanine or internal dividing walls.

This building is clad in KS1000 RW in Goosewing Grey with plastisol coated sectional overhead doors. The yellow posts are designed to prevent vehicles damaging the building whilst entering or exiting.
