Founded in 1971, Sutcliffe Construction Ltd. aim to provide our clients with a cost effective, quality, economically designed building, completed within budget and to a programmed schedule.
Situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales near Skipton, North Yorkshire, we are ideally placed to service any North of England-based construction project.

Our premises are well equipped with both office and workshop located at the same site, providing ample production facilities for our in-house steelwork fabrication department.
Our office and in-house drawing facilities enable us to provide a highly professional and competitive service. The use of 3D Modelling software enables clients to visualise proposed projects in the planning stages and modify features or sizes as desired which can prevent on-site alterations and delays.

Uniquely, our workforce is made up almost entirely of directly employed staff. This gives us the added advantage of having a very high standard of quality instilled throughout our workforce.
Our staff regularly attend health and safety courses to keep them up-to-date with current and new regulations.
