Inhouse Planning & Design Consultancy

Advanced computerised design using the TEKLA system

We are pleased to be able to offer this service in addition to our existing package and services. Joanne Sutcliffe (left), our Sales and Planning Manager has experience of a wide range of planning applications with Local Planning Authorities.

We can advise you on planning related issues, submit planning applications on your behalf and provide design ideas which are both economic and planning friendly!

From our substantial experience we have found that the earlier we are involved in a project, the more advantageous this is for the client, in terms of cost, practicality and usability.

Reduce Your Costs

Our early involvement can prevent uneconomic design and eliminate alterations at pre or post construction phase, which may otherwise have resulted in unnecessary expense or delays if an amended planning application or redesign was required.  Whilst we do not feign to be architects, our involvement from the early stages can result in increased buildability, a more user-friendly end result and a ‘keen and lean design’.  We have strong contacts with experienced local architects and would be happy to appoint one on your behalf.
